01 / PROFILE

BEYOND THE WANTED POSTER

White Hunter.

Smoker is a Marine officer first encountered in Loguetown, where his Smoke-Smoke Fruit makes him an unusual obstacle for departing pirates. His pursuit of Luffy carries him toward the Grand Line. Working closely with Tashigi, he values practical justice and can become openly frustrated with instructions that contradict his experience.

He provides a grounded view of institutional loyalty, showing how commitment to public safety can require skepticism toward the people who define an organization's public image.
